Please remember that we charge you a 50% advance at the time of order placement. So you must insure that you have collected your advance from your client as well.

My clients are not satisfied. Will you refund my money?

We have been in business for long enough and we can analyze client behavior. Most clients contact web design firms for demo designs and are often not ready to pay upfront. Many of them are window shoppers, just contacting firms for comparison quotes without the intent of placing orders. However, genuine customers have no problem in paying for high quality services.

If you client is not satisfied with the demo designs we create, we will work on the changes till they are fully satisfied. NOTE: This involves minor revisions to design layout that include graphics, layout and content formatting.

Since web design is a non tangible product, we can only offer a 15% refund. That too is subject to management approval. Most companies strictly refuse refunds, but we want to help you succeed and don’t mind sacrificing our hard work for your progress.

Will you be contacting any of my clients directly?
