Our firm is happy to provide refunds for our website optimization service whenever possible.

We can offer certain refunds for a search engine optimization service that we perform on your website as explained below. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our design and development services, in certain cases refunds are not possible.

Since our online store offers non-tangible irrevocable goods and services like web site development and design we do not issue refunds for these services after the product has been downloaded and/or installed.

You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any SEO web site development or design template or template installation from MikuStudios.com.

We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement with the parties concerned. This specifically refers to cases like an incorrect download link being sent to a customer, in which case we will gladly rectify the situation by sending the correct link. The deadline for any exchange is 24 hours after the download issue date.

We do not under any circumstances issue refunds for our web site development installation service. These services are non-refundable since they are not returnable. You are responsible for understanding this before you complete your purchase for our installation service.

Search Engine Optimization - Refund Policy...
1. Miku Studios website optimization firm guarantees to provide service per the terms in the SEO agreement. If Miku Studios for any reason fails to complete any portion of the website optimization service outlined in this agreement, Miku Studios will refund the portion of fees not completed. However, early cancellation will not result in any refunds. Miku Studios will guarantee at least 15 top 20’s within 6 months. If at the end of the 6th month, less than 15 top 20’s appear, Miku Studios will refund $65.00 per keyword that is not in the top 20 for a maximum of 15 or $1,000.00. This guarantee is void if the agreement is cancelled by the client prior to this "Guarantee Date".
2. Maximum possible refund amount is equal to setup fee. The fee based directory submissions; Link Popularity Service and Maintenance fees are non-refundable.
3. In no event shall Miku Studios be liable to a client for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to this Service Agreement, the performance or breach thereof, or the accuracy or correctness of the date bases or the information contained therein, even if Customer has informed Miku Studios of the possibility thereof. Any liability of Miku Studios to a client arising out of or related to this Service Agreement shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client under this Service Agreement.
